The little town Millstatt is an Austrian spa which lies on the north-shore of Lake Millstatt. Some walking minutes from the centre of the town there is an area of 9.000 sqm with orientation to the south. On this area an apartment-hotel with a total of 73 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms will be built. The complex will offer all amenities of a hotel like reception desk, restaurant, swimming-pool and a sauna area. Because of the hillside situation the apartments will be built in terraces forms. So most of the apartments will be on the “ground floor” and the appropriate terrace of an apartment will be the roof of the lower apartment. It is 12 kilometres long and 1,5 kilometres wide and its water is of drinking quality. During the summer months all kind of water sport activities are offered. In spring and autumn the hiker will like the mountains which the lake is surrounded by. In winter these mountains offer a lot of fine skiing areas which easily can be reached by car, train and even by airplane.
