Description:
Stylish and dateless architecture, lots of greenery, marvellous forest parks in the surroundings, comprehensive civic facilities within a walking distance, outstanding transport connection - a few minutes\' walk to a Metro station.
The Milíčovský háj - North housing project converts all desires into reality. Under the first stage, three modern blocks of flats, with a total of six sections of four to six storeys, with dwellings suitable for anyone, will be erected in the vicinity of the Milíčov Forest.
The construction project consists of three buildings labelled A/B, C/D and E/F. Each building includes two sections, mutually connected at the level of a semi-recessed underground floor. The individual sections are of the same width, variable length and include four to six aboveground storeys. Sections B, C and F have one additional retreating storey. Building C/D also has a second underground floor. A strong strip of greenery has been designed around each building.
The project offers a total of 163 dwelling units of the 1+kitchen recess to 4+kitchen recess layout. As the first aboveground storey is elevated more than one metre above the surrounding ground, ground floor flats at the footway level, with all their drawbacks, are eliminated. Residents\' parking will be provided in underground garages (167 parking spaces). Visitors\' parking has been designed on the ground level (20 parking spaces). Buildings\' load-bearing structure consists of a reinforced concrete wall system with infill masonry walls and prefabricated staircases. Outside walls are combined with reinforced concrete load-bearing walls integrated with brickwork.
The exterior appearance of the buildings is geometrically simple. Their feature is the horizontality of facade elements: balcony lines and window strips are connected together. Facade colours are shades of grey and grey-white, complemented with bits of red. Naturally, the access to the buildings is barrier-free, with lifts to all storeys of the buildings.
