There are two similar apartment buildings in the residential area, which are finished and already sold out. There are other residential areas with apartment building and detached houses in the neighbourhood.
Apartments will be fully finished (walls and ceilings painted, toilets and bathrooms tiled, saunas furnished, floors covered with laminated boards, toilet bowls and sinks installed).
There is a bus station 200 m from the house; about 50 buses go to Pärnu town daily. The apartment building is situated about 50-60 meters from the Lihula Road. Every owner will also have a parking spot and a small woodshed. The whole village will have hard cover roads, street lights and all other communications. A supermarket and a new kindergarten will be built in the neighbourhood within a year.
Residents will have access to the sea and the river is in a walking distance; Valgeranna beach and golf club are in 5 minutes driving distance.
