All unites are gentled by the charm of traditional Cape Verdian architecture complemented by the modern comforts. The residence is located in the center of Santa Maria approximately 200 meters from the most beautiful bay of Santa Maria.

Most roofs in Cape Verde are made with timber trusses witch will require frequent and expensive maintenance due to our climate. Our roofs are made with insulated concrete and woods witch not only will last for very long time but will maintain a cool temperature in the entire building.
