Kindstrand LTD proudly presents our latest project Kindstand Residence. The project is situated approximatly 7 km from Alanya centre. Its location on a hill gives all apartments a fantastic panoramic view over the sea, Alanya, Taurus mountain Range and Mahmutlar. The area is surrounded by trees and is only 500 meters from the beach.
Kindstrand Residence is only a couple of hundred meters from the small, cosy centre of Oba; where you will find restaurants, shopping, a post office, banks, a police station and nightlife. If you want to venture to Alanya using public transport, it's very easy, only 10 minutes and a few pence poorer, and you will be in Alanya centre.
