Location
The development is situated at the very heart of the City's business area, but don't just think daytime bustle - one of the great things about the way Central Liverpool has developed is that residential accommodation has been an integral part. After work this section of the City is still thriving with trendy bars, restaurants and cafes open late. Check out the waterfront too.
In the close vicinity you'll find some of the most cultural sites in Europe - St George's Hall and two cathedrals to start, a selection of art galleries, theatres and museums. Slightly further afield you'll find Liverpool and Everton football clubs, and Aintree racecourse, home of the world famous Grand National.
Transport
Just 30 minutes or so off the main M6 London to Scotland motorway and linked by urban motorways, Liverpool is well connected to the north and south, while the M62 links directly with Manchester. London is 2.5 hours away by train, and the local Metro service runs up towards the beaches of Southport and Blackpool. A new tram system is planned for 2007. International and domestic air traffic has consistently grown out of Liverpool’s John Lennon airport, both for scheduled services and charter flights, and is becoming increasingly popular with the 'low cost' carriers. The City's great sea-going tradition should never be ignored and services to Ireland and the Isle of Man run year round.
