New building located right in the center of Bovec,building commenced March 1st and expected completion end of August 2007, twelve apartments, each with cellar and four with terrace.Various sizes each overlooking Soca valley and mountains,

 

The Construction of Vila Bovec Commenced at beginning of March and the expected date of completion is towards the end of year 2007.

 

At soon as building commenced ,bookings are accepted for the apartments along with deposits of ten percent. Balance of payment will be due at the time of completion and delivery of the apartments to the new owners.

 

There are total of twelve apartments available, each with pen-cellar in the basement of about 3 to 3.5 square meters.

 

There are four apartments each with two bedrooms.

Two of them have terrace measuring 30 square meters.

 

The other eight apartments have a single bedroom,two of which will come with a terrace measuring 13 square meters.

 

The apartments are located in the center of Bovec, close to all the local amenities which include shops, restaurants, pubs, swiming pool, saunas, spa, etc.

 

At the ground level will be coffee shop which is already sold and one other shop which is still for sale.

 

The price varies between 1360 € per m2 to 1450 per m2 and the sizes vary between 41 m2 and 57 m2.

 

Villa Bovec and the apartments will be solidly built, in an excellent location and are likily to be extremely popular.

 

Due to the various sports activity being available almost all troughout the year,new proud owners will be able to rent out apartments to numerous tourists,trough Vila Bovec Co.

 

The high alpine skiing resort of Kanin is reachable by 35 minutes drive by cablecar and it's base station called station A is within walking distance from Villa Bovec.

Due to the reason that Kanin is high Alpine skiing resort,there is posible during May to ski in the morning,enjoy for launch good alpine compi with skuta and gams steak with struklji,and in afternoon swim in the warm Adriatic sea and enjoy delicious Istrian dinner of pasta with truffles,prosuto in red wine Refosko with polenta alla Istriana and top it off with palacinke in Refosko.

 

 

The other skiing resort,all within half to one hour drive,are Selle Nevea, in Italy,Nortrhern side of Kanin and will be soon connected with Slovenian side for which is already on Slovenian side built new ski lift called Prevala. Others are Mokrine-Nassfeld in Austria,Livek,Cerkno,Krajnska Gora,Crni vrh,Bled ,Kobla,Soriska Planina ,and many more in Slovenia.

The closests airport to Bovec are Ljubljana-Brnik , Trieste-Ronchi dei Legionari,Italy,Graz, Austria , all being within 1.5 houre drive.
