Novicio Residence is 26 villas, 24 apartments development located in Ploiesti, Romania. The project features 6 different types of villas and 2 apartment types and its completion date is estimated to be May 2008. We chose the “Way of the wine” for the Novicio Residence project location, thanks to the magnificent landscape, as well as the access to the most developed alpine stations. The total build area is 5780 Sqm with a remaining green area of 9500 Sqm.
